Shipping & Orders
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time
depends on your location, but can be estimated as follows:
USA: 3–4 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide!
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control
and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so
please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your
purchases.
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at support@memeshirt.shop with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but
shipping will be at your own cost.
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about

Orders may be cancelled if they have not entered into the printing process. All Apparel Is Printed on demand. Orders that have begun printing will be fulfilled normally and may not be cancelled. Cancellations are made at the sole discretion of Liminal Station.
Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes. Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it’s placed, so once an order is placed we can’t cancel or make changes.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable). Any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim within 30 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
Refunds & Exchanges
Our return policy has a duration of 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full exchange or refund. Exchanges and refunds are available to customers who have received incorrect, defective, or damaged products. We do not issue refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. The product must remain unused and in the same condition as when you received it, along with the original packaging. To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until we receive your message and inspect the damaged product. Please read our “Return Conditions”. [LINK TO RETURN POLICY]
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at support@memeshirt.shop within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Liminal Station will accept for exchange or refund items that are purchased off our website under the following conditions:
1.) The product was purchased within 30 days of the tracking delivery date confirmation
2.) The wrong product was received in terms of color, size, or model
3.) The product has arrived in a damaged or defective condition
4.) The product arrived in poor quality
6.) The product was not worn, washed or altered by the customer
7.) The product was reported within 48 hours after receiving
8.) The product was purchased at a regular price and was not on sale
9.) You agree that the returned product will be shipped at customer’s expense
10.) You agree that you will send the product in the original packaging
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at support@memeshirt.shop within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
1.) Please contact us about your order exchange or return at support@memeshirt.shop
We require the following mandatory attachments:
a) a receipt or proof of purchase
b) your order number
c) photos of wrong or damaged products
d) your reason for exchange or refund
2.) Wait for a reply and further instructions from us. Upon approval, we will proceed with the processing of your exchange or refund.
* Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer until we receive your message and inspect the damaged product.
1.) If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2.) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@memeshirt.shop
